Insurance and Financial Policies

Typical Costs in our office:

Payment is expected at time of service.  We accept Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard.  We participate in most insurance plans in and around the Lafayette area, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card if you need to be sure before scheduling.  We will verify benefits and eligibility on your first visit.

We participate in both Medicare and Medicaid programs in Indiana.  Please be aware that not all Medicare Replacement Plans have a chiropractic benefit  which may result in some out of pocket costs.

If you are utilizing Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid you will be responsible for the deductible and/or copayment at the time of service.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office and we will do our best to help!
